Notice is hereby given that the East Fallowfield Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on November 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the Township building, 2264 Strasburg Road, East Fallowfield, PA 19320. 

The hearing is to consider the conditional use application of Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, for the property of Central Chester County Recycling Authority, 1.07 ± acres at 6 Ims Drive in East Fallowfield Township, Coatesville, PA 19320 (Property ID 47-4-68.2).  Applicant requests conditional use approval pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 27-1733 (Permitted Areas for Wireless Communications Facilities) to develop and construct a tower-based wireless communications facility on the property.  Applicant previously obtained certain variance relief from the Zoning Hearing Board for the project. 

The application may be viewed HERE. Copies may also be examined at the Township building (address above) without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the copying cost thereof.
